Toni Phillips is a national radio presenter on Capital XTRA. Previously, she hosted shows on the Capital FM Network, Kiss 100, Power FM and the One Network. Toni trained at Sylvia Young's Theatre School and soon caught the attention of Crimewatch; before long she had appeared in her first reconstruction.
